In 1992, TransElCon delivered its first batches of dampers ТЕ1-10А-2905006 to Moscow Railways' CHMEZ shunters, whereupon, since 1994, the firm has been manufacturing series products for railroad transport. These dampers are mounted on all the CHMEZ shunter fleets operating on railroads of Russia, Belarus and the Baltic states.
